Weird, but not that bad
9 January 2009
This movie wasn't as bad as the 1st to comments I saw on here. The opening scene was just plain weird and kinda dumb. It starts slow and kinda stupid. But as the movie goes on it kinda goes back and forth between being stupid and weird. The first 15-20 minutes of the movie is pretty much just Odette Yustman standing around in her underwear, which don't get me wrong, is a pretty nice site, but it got old fast. Now for the acting, I've seen worse acting, but I have seen better acting too. The best acting job in the entire movie was probably Atticus Shaffer who played the creepy little boy.

Here are my opinions in more specific ratings out of 10 (i.e. acting and script)

Acting 5 Script 5 Plot 8 Direction 10 Overall 8

This could of been better, but lets face it, this will not be the worst movie of the year. There is probably going to be a movie as bad as Disaster Movie (1.5/10 2nd worse on IMDb) or Meet the Spartans (2.4/10) coming out this year. However my guess is this movie won't have a rating over 4 or 5.

A little disappointing
13 June 2008
Overall this movie wasn't too bad. My problem, was it too short. There was one comment I felt I partially agreed with and that was this was rushed. It was a little under 1 hour and 45 minutes long, when it probably should of been about 2 hours, but no longer the 2 hours and 15 minutes.

I'm not going to reveal what is the cause of the events in the movie, but be prepared for a disappointment. And then at the end of the movie I get the impression that this movie was a warning about global warming. I don't know if anyone else got that impression, but I did. I won't tell you not to waste your money, but I'm also not going to tell to you not to see it.

Dialouge-5/10, acting 6/10, plot, 10/10, directing, 8/10, overall 7/10.

Awesome
18 January 2008
This DVD is awesome. If you're a Kansas City Chiefs fan, you must get this DVD. It gives the complete history from the days of Len Dawson, Hank Stram, and Willie Lanier to present day players such as Larry Johnson and Tony Gonzalez. It covers everything. It starts of the founding of the team by the late Lamar Hunt, when the AFL began and the Chiefs were called the Dallas Texans. It goes on to when the Chiefs moved to Kansas City. After that, it moves to the Super Bowl IV championship, the 70's and and 80's when the Chiefs were consistently one of the worst teams in AFC. After that it goes on to the 90's, the days Marty Schottenheimer and "Marty Ball" as it was called. It also covers the deaths of Linebacker Derrick Thomas, Former Coach Hank Stram, and founder Lamar Hunt. This is a must have for any Kansas City Chiefs fan, you can get at NFLShop.com or any store where DVD's are sold, ranging in price from $24-30.

Reign Over Me (2007)

Bar far Adam Sandlers best movie and his best performance
2 December 2007
If you didn't enjoy this movie, either your dead, or you hate Adam Sandler or Don Cheadle.

An Excellent cast, all of who gave good performances. This movie proved that Adam Sandler is good actor, despite what critics say. Adam Sandler is becoming a very well respected actor. It all started with his performance in Big Daddy, then he did a couple bad movies, then he broke through with terrific performance in 50 First Dates, The Longest Yard, then Click, and now Reign Over Me.

Back to the movie. Adam Sandler plays a man who has lost everything. The closest thing to family he has are a mother-in-law and father-in-law. After his old college roommate (Cheadle) ran into him, he seems to turn his life around. I will say no more, because I do not want to ruin the movie, but I strongly recommend this movie. One of the best movies of 2007.

Terrible and not funny
19 June 2007
This is without a doubt the WORST movie I have ever seen. It is poorly voiced by the worst voice-over actors in the history of movies.

I never laughed at this movie. The only people that find it hilarious were high or drunk when they watched it, or have the worst sense of humor out there.

I wish I had my $8 and my hour and half back that I wasted on this film.

Do not waste your time or money, this is the worst movie ever made from the worst show ever made, from the worst lineup of shows on late-night television, with the exception of Futurama, Family Guy, and Robot Chicken.

Why does everybody trash this movie?
18 June 2007
Every comment I have seen about this movie is one trashing it. It wasn't that bad of a movie. Don't trash it just because you don't understand a single thing going on in the movie. The only things really missing from this movie are, a better performance from 50 cent and better dialogue.

I'm not going to lie, 50 Cent's performance wasn't that great. A great supporting cast made up for it. Terrance Howard, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Joy Bryant, Viola Davis, Sullivan Walker, and Bill Duke, all gave terrific performances.

If you like rap movies, give this one a shot, if you don't, stay away from this movie.
