Star Wars Jedi: Survivor (2023)
This game is it!
Jedi: Fallen Order was like a rough draft for Jedi: Survivor. Everything you wished was different about the first game came true for the second game!
This game *can* be played without playing Fallen Order first, but I don't recommend it. I recommend playing Fallen Order straight through for story and getting to know the characters, first. It would really enhance your experience with Survivor if you had that foundation.
I gave 9/10 instead of 10/10 only because it was kinda buggy throughout, although it was nothing game-breaking. The map system was much improved from the first game, but it still had problems in this game, too. Other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed this game. It is beautiful, I found it immersive, and I was very invested the entire time I played.
Noelle (2019)
I thoroughly enjoyed this movie!
I didn't know anything about this movie going in. All I knew was that it had Anna Kendrick in it, and I'll watch anything she's in at least once. I thoroughly enjoyed this movie! I wouldn't even mind watching it every year! I only gave 9 stars instead of 10 because of bad CGI.
I was thinking, "I bet there are a lot of people out there that were offended by this movie." Seeing some of these reviews on here, I can see that I guessed correctly. The average rating of this movie is so low, but there really is no reason for it. I'm pretty sure a lot of the bad reviews are from people who just hate women.
Obi-Wan Kenobi (2022)
Delightful short story about a single adventure that took place during a gap in the core timeline
I've been going down a list of Star Wars media (movies, shows, and video games) in timeline order, and it was time to watch this. I really loved seeing a snippet of Obi-Wan's life in between when Order 66 happened and the next big classic movie (A New Hope). I fell in love with young Leia immediately, felt big feelings in empathy for Obi-Wan, and grew quickly attached to a couple of newly introduced characters.
I've read a lot of bad comments here and I really can't imagine where they're coming from. I have a theory that these angry people must be people who grew up on the classic movies, and they aren't intelligent enough to realize that nothing made today will live up to the untouchable perfection of their nostalgia. This is not a bad show with bad writing by ANY means. It was a delightful short story about an adventure that happened during a gap in the timeline.
