Lucifer: A Chance at a Happy Ending (2021)
Season 5, Episode 16
10/10
Good season finale
12 June 2021
Tom Ellis does a great job of doing both Lucifer and his twin Michael. I'm sure it put a lot on his shoulders playing both parts, but it was well done. The fight was well done and also brought surprises. Well done by cast and crew!

This one made me cry
11 June 2021
This episode broke my heart and mad me cry several times. It was an emotional ride. I rarely cry over sad scenes, but this one did it. Just too heavy, so grab a box of tissues. All the actors did an outstanding job. How could you not give it a 10 star rating, if I could give it a higher rating, I would. These episodes just keep getting better and better! I'm going to miss this show when its over after season 6.

Lucifer: Nothing Lasts Forever (2021)
Season 5, Episode 14

Series arc continues
10 June 2021
Characters continue to grow, the murder case is pretty much a background thing (as always) to allow the characters interaction and growth. The second half of season 5 was supposed to be the last until Netflix decided to go with season 6 as the final-final season. This after they were wrapping things up until Netflix changed its mind. So I think the cast and crew gave it their all. In part 2. And with their awesome talents on display, the funny innuendo's and quip's, and wrapping up some characters. I loved yet another episode.

Daniel Espinosa's tough day
9 June 2021
What a tough day on the job for Dan! I've had bad days like everyone else, but this poor guy couldn't cut a break! It just kept getting worse as the day went on. His detective mind knew it didn't feel right, but he couldn't quite put his finger on it. I felt so bad for him, but laughed so much and was really surprised in the end.

I'm glad this half of season 5 allowed the cast to pretty much have an episode of their own so we could see more of the characters lives at once.

God as a Human

I loved the reaction God had while mortal, at seeing Lucifer's devil face. The horrified look on his face was priceless. And he got to see his son in action on the job at the LAPD for a day.

Loved Family Dinner
9 June 2021
Got to see my family wasn't the only one to have issues with family relationships and dynamic's at special dinner's. Wish I could have had the power to break it up like "God" did LOL

PS-Phil Kruse isn't lucifer as you had him down for in list of actors for this episode.

Loved it!
1 June 2021
Loved this episode so much. I enjoyed the songs and dancing, and humor. Actually a fun episode. I was surprised how the cast all had good singing voices. I knew Tom Ellis could sing but had no idea the others were good as well.

Deckerstar

Warning: Spoilers
Such a great episode! I loved all of it! Deckerstar at long last. Jealous Lucifer, Chloe finally realizing he's all she wants even though she was still hesitant until the end of the episode and the love scene done tastefully.

I forgot to rate this episode, so now I have. Sorry, but I want a make up episode...like 17 episodes in season 6 instead of 10.

Not quite a 10
27 September 2020
I was born in the late 40's, so I got to see a lot of the B&W detective and other movies. This episode was a lot like the movies back then, .with the background music, especially at the "dramatic" moments. i wanted to know what was so special about Lucifer's ring. It was nice to hear Maze sing, but cast/crew hinted there was a duet with her and Lucifer, which didn't really happen since he only joined in for the last sentence of the song. Yes, all the regular actor's got a chance to show a bit more of their acting and I had to laugh at the scene where the "Sausage Prince" got shot in the foot. Everyone did their best in this episode, but from the build up by cast members in interviews, I was a tad disappointed in this episode. I don't know if its because of the writing or what. Someone said it was like a filler episode and although I love this series, this episode felt like one shot in B&W. So not giving a 10.

Lucifer's Diablo
27 September 2020
Warning: Spoilers
I enjoyed this episode because of the parallels between Lucifer and Diablo and the show runners of both. As always there is fun and surprises Like Diablo's partner was Det. Dancer, which was originally supposed to be Chloe's name in the beginning of the series.
