RRR (Rise Roar Revolt) (2022)
bruh?
Bad story? Doesn't really matter as we knew this wasn't going to be a tale like bahubali 1, we knew this was going to contain action majoritily so I wouldn't say I was disappointed by the plot since I had no expectations
Coming to background score, the trailer had better background score than the movie, it was extremely underwhelming! Ram's entry scene in the trailer as alluri sita rama raju was pretty amazing and triumphatic but the actual scene was just disappointing asf since they changed the background score.
Now coming to what the movie was all about , "The Action" I remember watching bahubali 2' s final sequence and couldn't stop sighing throughout the whole sequence even though I wasn't a movie geek but it was just bad but alright, the movie wasn't about the action but while watching RRR, I must say that I was sighing almost throughout the action sequences because they were just terrible! Emphasis on terrible
you can ignore logic in action movies but man this movie is unbearablly bad, the action sequences were straight out of a 2000s rajnikanth movie
I can't believe this trash is collecting so much money all over the world.
It's kind of sinking the image of the quality of indian cinema possess!
Over the past three-four years, we've got a lot of masterpieces from Bollywood, tollywood anf mollywood but RRR is the proof that we as a audience Haven't really changed our tastes in movies.
I hate how people are defending this movie against the constructive criticism it has been receiving. Many say to ignore logic completely but why the exception just because the movie has been made by a particular director?
A movie is a movie afterall, we should start judging a movie on the basis of how good it is and not on the basis of cast, directors etc.
It was a disappointing experience and frustrating too.
Pushpaka Vimanam (2021)
nepotism is alright when it gives actors like anand devarakonda
A normal plot, average screenplay but the humour placement was pretty nice. All the performances were quite good, especially anand! He was quite good in all the emotional scenes and his dialogue delivery is nice.
A suggestible watch, hope anand succeeds in the industry.
Kota Factory: Repair & Maintenance (2021)
Cheesy
I found this quite fabricated and typical. Even though tvf has always emotionally related to the Audience in most of the episodes, this wasn't that great. All other episodes were good but with flaws ofc.
Jathi Ratnalu (2021)
IT IS LAME AND THAT'S THE POINT
I was quite excited for this movie Looking at the lead cast and then came the teasers and advertising which got me even more excited.
The teasers showerd glimpses of lame/silly bits of the movie which made me realise how the movie's was going to be. The humour is just so lame and silly that it's uniquely hysterical. The acting was good and the direction was nice. The point of the silly jokes are to make you laugh at the absurdness of the jokes rather than the joles themselves and if the director did great job in it.
Telugu movie would be changing only when we promote such unique movies with talented cast or else we're going to get the routine stories and nepo actors which are unattractive and repels me from watching telugu movies.
Waiting for navin's next
XOXO.
Godzilla vs. Kong (2021)
Bland
This was terribly boring, didn't really have expectations from the plot of the movie, watched it only for the action scenes but everything was below my expectations. Godzilla the king of monsters was better than this for sure. It seemed like they wanted to complete the movie in a short duration, everything was so damn rushed. It's a forgettable movie.
