Funny, Witty and very entertaining *****

Warning: Spoilers
Ron Jeremy's life has been very different from most other men out there. Being an obese man like himself, its amazing how this fat man became a porn-star. This documentary covers his whole life, from his late childhood, all the way to his HIV tests. The film's humour is great, and its all just one entertaining film about a very likable character. The film is sometimes sad as we find out that Ron isn't just the average 'Prick', there is actually a very sensitive man inside, who wants to be more than just a porn-star. With interviews from family-members, porn-actors, and crew, the film delivers everything you could want from an intriguing documentary. There's plenty of archive footage (From his Films!!), and very hilarious interview exerts. He's not the average sex-symbol, he's not the average smuck, he's ron Jermey!! 10/10- Absolutely the best documentary of 2001

One of the best films of the seventies *****

Warning: Spoilers
This is one of stanley kubrick's finest achievements. Set in the near future, this tells the story of one troubled, and psychotic teenager, Alex De Large (played by the excellent Malcom Mcdowell) . When Alex happens to get caught after one of his crimes , he is arrested and sentenced 14 years in prison, where he later volunteers for a new 'brain-washing' technique. The film is artfully shot and features powerful and charismatic performances from Mcdowell and others. The soundtrack is deeply inventive, and without it, it wouldn't be the same. What makes the film so powerful, is the way alex doesen't get to have a say in 'Moral Values'. Based on Anthony Burgess's novel, this is an absolutely, exhilarating film. Ignore comments saying its dated- 10/10- 5*****

Truly awesome film *****

Steve Mqueen was in many great films, The Great Escape, Geta-way, Bullit, but this could easily pass as the best performance of his career. This is an absolutely breathtaking film about 'Papilon', a man who is falsely accused of murder and sent to 'devils island'. Steve Mqueen is truly awesome as the lead. Alongside Dustin Hoffman, Mqueen breaks out of the prison and sets out on an a journey to freedom. Dustin Hoffman is great, but it is really Mqueen's powerful performance which really steals the show. The escape is portrayed with as much action as possible, and is some times tragic at times. This based on the biography of Henri Charae', the real papilon. Recommended for all Steve Mqueen Fans- 10/10
