A masterpiece

I have read both books this series is based on and I am so glad Hilary was so hands on during the production so that the series is sympathetic to her writing. I watched the series back in 2015 and now in 2019 I am re-watching it with the glad knowledge that the 3rd book will be published in 2020 and the second season will be made to show the last few years of Cromwell's Life. I can only mirror what others have said about the superb acting in this series and the clever use of candlelight. I have watched many Tudor based films and series (the Tudors etc) and I have to say this is the best Cromwell I have ever seen. I sincerely hope that Mark Rylance can be available for the last installment. It would not be the same without him
