The people reviewing with 1, 2 or 3 starts and writing that they needed the classic black mirror twist or a high-tech device are the ones that I think this episode actually is about. People who wants quick thrills and nothing deep to think about and are on their phone all day long without realizing that the phone controls them instead of people living their lives and being master of they own decisions.
