Obi-Wan Kenobi: Part VI (2022)
Disappointment
6 episodes with characters that really struggle with a poorly written screenplay...including how to survive getting a light saber through you, and then you are ready for the next episode (just an example of the poor script) - guees it is not as dangerous after all.
Foundation (2021)
How can anyone spendere so much on something so poor
I have not read the books, but they can not be so poor in story-line and character building as this.
The Mandalorian (2019)
What I missed
Disney+ finally came to Denmark, and I just saw the first two episodes of the Mandarorian, and this gives me hope. Star Wars episode 7, 8 and 9 was a declining experience for a true Star Wars fan, but this is good.
The Mandarorian is true to the atmosphere and tone of the first three movies (episode 4, 5 and 6), but still it expands the universe.
I just wish the episodes were a bit longer, but well you can not get everything - and I settle for this after all the disappointments with SW 7,8, 9 and Han Solo.
Tomb Raider (2018)
The story is terrible
OK on the visual effects, but the storyline is terrible - I guess the actors try to do their best, but it is hard to tell if they are any good, or they are let down but the poor script.
1917 (2019)
A difficult task - accomplished
Sam Mendes has made an exceptional good movie and the "one shoot" technique really supports the story in every way. It is difficult for any director to make the horrors of WW1 fell real, but the acting, screen play and filming made it very intense experience.
