I've seen this movie several times. This is one of the masterpiece samples of early Azerbaijani cinematograph. The great Azerbaijani actors play in this movie. That's why this is a beautiful work of art. However the historical facts were partially misrepresented in this movie because of the soviet censorship of those years.

This is a beautiful musical movie. Here is a successful combination of Azerbaijani modern and folklore music. Azerbaijani composer Polad Byul-Byul-ogly plays and sings his own songs in this movie.
Although you will see highway robbers, a lots of gunfire scene, this is a movie about the kindness. Even the inveterate robber can't kill a singer after he listen to his song. If you're out of humor watch this movie.
