sick, twisted, and delightfully entertaining
7 August 2002
I saw this movie at the request of the director, and man was it a shocker... never in my life would I have thought a low budget indy horror film would deliver... but this one did... and then some. I sometimes find that the best films are done with low budgets because they seem more real, and this was too real. Unfortunately this film is only available at thier website but I highly recommend you check it out.

Great Film Glen

Bust Rhymes Steals the Show Wu Style
22 July 2002
Seriously, this movie has gotten such a bad rap from the critics, but it achieved everything a horror movie attempts to achieve. It was gory, it was suspenseful, it was funny at times and when you leave the theater you had a good time.

This movie was probably one of the most original of all the sequels, it's originality alone made me enjoy the film a great deal, however the most enjoyable part of the film was Busta Rymes.. Just seeing him Fight Mike Meyers Wu Style was one of the most entertaining fight sequences ever. Also the fact that he said Mutha F**ka about 36 times made his character all the more enjoyable.

This is definatly the first horror movie I may consider going to see again in the theater. The only bad part of the film is the way Jamie Lee Curtis met her fate, there should have been a lot more to it as she is what made the first two films and H2O the gems that they are.

I reccomend this film to any fan of Slasher movies

Slowly Burns out Like Candle
13 July 2002
I guess when I saw this movie I had High expectations. I am a fan of all forms of Post apocolyptic movies, so I just assumed this one would be just as good. I was wrong. The special effects are great, however sometimes the dragons seem too fake like a bad Power ranger episode. I liked Christian Bale in American Psycho, but this film definatly does not fit his mystique.

On the Other hand I think this is probably the best job in a role that I have ever seen Matthew McConaughy play. I was scared to death of him. That is the only thing however that kept me watching the film.

If you have nothing better to do on a Saturday Night This film will suit you, otherwise just rent it

Lilo & Stitch (2002)

GENIUS!
24 June 2002
This cartoon film in a word is Genius! Disney has finally stepped away from fantasy and cute fuzzy characters and made a cartoon about real people, real situations, and real reactions. The only farfetched aspectare the aliens.

You have Lilo and Nani sisters trying to make it on their own after the loss of their Parents, This I have seen personally in my life and felt the emotional attachment to them. I felt bad when Nani was losing jobs and when Lilo was was being tormented by fellow students and acting out to gain attention, and having to deal with Social Workers whose main existence is to break up families. Even stitch Pleaded that "My family is a bit broken, but still good"

The scenes when Lilo and Stitch are searching for families are more emotional than any other disney feature I have ever seen. I do not understand why Critics like Ebert and Roper gave this film a bad write up, they must not watch Real Life tv shows very often.

Now there is the lovable and evil character of Stich, who was made to be the ultimate weapon but learns what the meaning of family is and is taught to create and not destroy. His voice and his antics make him adored by moviegoers from the beginning, and when he suffers so do the fans. I don't believe I have ever seen a more emotional attachment to a movie character

all in all I give this Film a Ten... above episode 2 above spider man... see this movie this summer!

The Most Beautiful Film of The Year
27 November 2001
I went to see this movie and was very skeptical because I never thought Kevin Kline could do drama well. He will always be famed for his performance in "A Fish Called Wanda" But by the middle of the movie I found myself teary eyed, and had to comfort my Date who was hysterical. This movie deals with a certain side of a persons life that no one really thinks about. Making preparations for dying. The Character development between Kline and Christensen was spectacular in the sense that when the bond was finally broken... everyone in the theater felt it break. I myself have never witnessed a movie of such beauty, and hope that many people get to enjoy this film as much as I have because I do not believe it will be around much longer which is indeed a shame
