Jon Favreau has done an outstanding job with writing this film. The cast was superb, especially Vince Vaughn. His performance was acted perfectly as the character of Trent. It's no wonder his career has propelled into what it is today. "The perfect guy movie," is what I'd call Swingers.

Great Expectations, Great Adaptation

Great Expectations is a well made adaptation of the Charles Dickens novel. With the exceptions of a few character name changes and various plot alterations, the movie successfully made the transition in keeping its storyline. Ethan Hawke, Gwyneth Paltrow, Anne Bancroft and Robert DeNiro are a perfect cast for this remake of the classic and complement each other very well. I strongly recommend this title for anyone who has ever cherished the novel itself.

Jason's Lyric is a truly great love story with a superb cast. The performances by Bokeem Woodbine as Josh, and Forest Whitaker as MadDog are strong and convincing. Complemented by a superb soundtrack, this movie should not be missed. Jason's Lyric should have received more theatrical exposure letting the main actors and supporting cast shine.
