At first, the cockroaches bite and enter under the skin, ala Alien, and burst forth from the tummy, not chest. And every-body gets worried.
And then it's locust-plague/flyers.
Then there's a lake-o-fire and all cockroaches die. But one gets away and heads for the city. City - in your dreams to the producers - equals sequel.
Bad movie and good entertainment.
