After a daring prison escape, criminal mastermind Boss G and her allies set out to steal the world's most valuable diamonds once and for all. Returning on the case are agents Tran and Choi who face off against old enemies and new threats from all corners of the world in this spy-comedy film.

Just six months after FBI Agents Tran and Choi brought Boss G and the Sphinx Robber to justice, the two notorious criminals have escaped prison. Now a fugitive, Boss G gathers her allies in the criminal underworld and set out to steal the world's most valuable diamonds once and for all. But when the heist takes a deadly turn, the mayor of Washington D.C. orders the FBI to put Tran and Choi back on the case. Little do they know that they are about to be framed for murder by Boss G and her lead operative, the mayor himself.

The heist continues in this action-packed sequel following FBI Agents Tran and Choi who have been framed for murder by a vengeful Boss G. On the run, the two agents must prove their innocence by toppling Boss G's criminal empire before she can steal the world's most valuable diamonds.
