The Tomorrow War

Continuity

At 44:45, Romeo Command is asking Dan to retrieve 12 blue ampules from the research lab, and she says she needs all of them. Dan breaks the glass finding lots of ampules and specifically locates 15 dark blue ones, and says "Got 'em." Either those were the right ones and they didn't need the 3 extras, or they simply didn't bother to re-record the dialogue to amend to discrepancy.
During the Humvee escape, the mounted machine gun visibly runs out of ammo, but it can be seen and heard firing continuously afterwards.
When Dan and his daughter are on Deepswell-9, she gets badly injured and her hand is over her wound, covered with blood. A few seconds later in wide shot she moves her hand to Dan's forearm, and there is no blood at all to smear on to his forearm.
When Dan takes the phone call at the party, he walks down the driveway and across the street to the car with parking lights on, where he stunned motionless by what he's told. When the camera angle changes, he's standing back on his side of the street, still across from the car.
When they land from the future on the football field. the lady in question says that the war/world will be doomed in 11 months. After this scene a newsreader tells us that it has been 12 months since they came from the future that a war is coming. or....they should have been at war after 12 months and they weren't.

Factual errors

Considering how high and fast the troops fall, well in excess of the ten feet they were told, once they hit the swimming pool, they would be dead, as hitting the still water of the pool would be like impact with solid ground. Impact with the solid floor of the pool would also be fatal. They would, at the very least, show some sign of injury, instead of just walking away.
This movie is a classic example of 'the grandfather paradox'. Dan brings the toxin from future to kill the creatures in present time, preventing the circumstances in the future that allow the toxin to be discovered.
In an early encounter with the aliens, fighter pilots announce "weapons free" after launching what appear to be incendiary bombs. This jargon is used as in indications that soldiers may fire at targets that are not necessarily positively identified as hostile/friendly. There are a number of other phrases that a trained fighter pilot would use to indicate the release of weapons.
When the female WhiteSpike is transported to Deepswell-9 a monitor displays her vital signs. The heart rate is shown as 20 beats per minute (bpm). As the monitor sweeps, however, a new heart electrical signal appears (and the monitor beeps) approximately once per second, indicating a heart rate of, roughly, 60bpm. For a heart rate of 20bpm, there should only be electrical heart activity (and beeping) once every 3 seconds.
Dan frequently keeps his finger on the trigger of his weapon. Someone trained in the military would not put the finger on the trigger until ready to fire.

Incorrectly regarded as goofs

When they find the spaceship, Dan knows that: A. the female subject is particularly important, and B. they have a limited amount of toxin. It would make most sense to neutralize the female before any other alien, risking precisely the escape scenario. However, there is no way for protagonists to identify the female from males in the ship.
Considering the chains have held the female so long, the males break them far too easily. However, males are using their jaws and claws, which are looking particularly powerful, and which the female was not able to use to free herself.
None of the draftees are shown pictures of the aliens. It is absolutely unthinkable that a military force would send anyone into combat not aware what their enemy looks like. However, the military woman from the future clearly stated that they do not show pictures of aliens on purpose, otherwise no one would accept to go for war.
When Dan meets his daughter in the future, he is injured, he is wearing a tank top T-shirt with a bloody bandage on his left shoulder. When his daughter walks him into the command bunker and introduces him to her team, he now has a black long sleeve T-shirt on covering the bandage. She says he will be going with them, and he will need full body armor. The black guy hands him some body armor and helps him put it on over his head. In the very next shot Dan is back to wearing the tank top with the exposed bloody bandage on his shoulder again.

Revealing mistakes

When Dan (Chris Pratt) falls into the pool on his first jump, his arm band moves from his left arm to his right and then back again.
During the F-22 attack, an in-cockpit shot shows the aircraft's side-stick in the pilot's left hand. In all U.S. fighters with side-sticks, the stick is positioned to the right and the throttle is to the left. Since most of the assault shows the fighters flying from left to right on the screen, this shot was presumably reversed to avoid an apparent continuity error, as the fighter would seem to be flying from right to left if the pilot's right hand was shown in the correct orientation.

Miscellaneous

In the segment where world leaders agree to a worldwide draft, two different British prime ministers are shown, but they were in office at very different times (Gordon Brown 2007 - 2010 and Theresa May 2016 - 2019).
At 1:41:00 in the movie, when Dan forester and Emmy forester are talking about where the aliens came from and how to stop them, Emmy comes up with the theory that the aliens arrived a year or two before they started attacking.

This would have definitely been figured out by scientists soon after the start of the war (aka the knowledge of the war in present day).

Also, Dan would have been thoroughly questioned upon his arrival back to earth, as he was holding the toxin to save the world.
Early in the film, set in December, 2022, they are watching the World Cup final at a party in the evening. The 2022 World Cup is scheduled to take place in Qatar, and has been moved from summer to winter. The final is to kick off at 6pm local time on Sunday, 18 December, 2022. Given the time difference between Qatar and the US, they can't be watching the game live at night (assuming the scheduling is the same in the film's universe and in ours).
At about 45 minutes in when Colonel Muri Forester tells Dan that there are 12 blue vials in total, he grabs a container holding 15.
When Romeo Command exits the helicopter via rope, the camera pans back towards the helicopter yet no rope is visible.

Audio/visual unsynchronised

While working on the toxin, Dan and Muri gather round a terminal in the lab to monitor the denature sequence of SAMPLE A 001. When the camera changes angle to over Muri's shoulder, she explains that it will run a thousand tests to break it down, yet her mouth never moves.

Plot holes

The following goof was marked as incorrect: "The soldiers from 2051 come from a time when 99.99% of the human population is dead and the war is nearly lost. Nevertheless, the governments from the present devote tremendous resources to sending millions of drafted civilians to 2051 to die almost certain deaths. There is no discussion of using the knowledge from the future to fight the impending war differently and prevent human extinction. Only at the end does it seem to occur to anyone to send the toxin back in time to change the future." Reason for it being incorrect was said to be: "However, it is possible to develop the toxin only with a female specimen available, i.e. in the future, and it cannot be possible to bring her back in the present for studies." Still, this does not explain why no effort was taken in 2022 to use knowledge from 2051 to alter the course of history.
A plane like the C-130 can't really go inside the Russian border undetected.
They say they've developed a toxin to kill the males but it doesn't work on the females. The females are very rare and they need one to develop a toxin to kill those. Just kill all the males then kill the females with guns, bombs etc.
Such aliens would require a significant amount of energy to grow and reproduce. in such a war, human would have focused on starving the creatures, moving to offshore islands, ships or bunkers beyond their reach. thus this would never have been an extinction level event.
When they say they have a toxin to kill the males but not the female, why not simply kill all the males, then destroy the female with gunfire/bombs.

Character error

Dorian says that the neck and belly are the only "lethal" parts on a whitespike. He meant that they're the only vulnerable parts on them.
While the war appears to being close to lost 30 years after the invasion, all forms of travel and military ballistics still exist and can be used against the creatures. Col. Forester said the creatures first landed in Russia. Since the entire world agreed to a world wide draft, nuclear arms could have been used in the first three years to eradicate the aliens before they grew in number (or at current state of invasion) at the initial place they breached Earth.
