Edit

Summaries

  • In this two-part series, YouTuber Shane Dawson deep dives into conspiracy theories surrounding voice mimicking software and Chuck E. Cheese's pizza while learning about his friend's horrifying online dating experience.

Synopsis

  • Shane Dawson and Friends deep dive into several conspiracies in the over 3 hours two part series. The first consists of the lighter conspiracies, including one about the 'Facetime' product on Apple's iPhones, a segment about the Camp and Woolsey fires of mid-late 2018. There is also a segment about the app 'Zepeto' and how it is constantly listening to you. That was the majority of the first part.

The second episode focuses on 3 topic, each getting around 30 minutes of air-time. The first of which focuses on a voice mimicking software called 'Lyrebird' which you can use to mimic your voice without speaking, Ryland Adams, Shane's long-time boyfriend, and his sister Morgan both try this out and have a little fun pranking each other and Morgan and Ryland's mother. Using staple sentences they say often such as "spill the tea," and "get me Taco Bell," it starts to sound more like them the more your listen. The second conspiracy is about pizza at Chuck E. Cheese's. Dawson thinks that the leftover pizza not eaten by patrons is re-used for the next patron who order. Dawson showed proof of his idea, and then went to Chuck E. Cheese's to investigate himself. What he found was shocking. The pizza crust was very jagged and we very obviously not from the same pizza in his eyes. The last in final conspiracy, the one he dive deepest into was the relationship of his long time friend Brittani Taylor. She had recently got a restraining order on the partner, Milos, and is now safe with her mother, but Shane was curious as he always is and dug deeper. At first Milos' face was censored for privacy but in the end he show the full image, and you can just search up his name anyways.
