When discussing in the car on the road, a large SUV closes in on them from behind. A few seconds later in the discussion, the SUV is gone, and it didn't take over.
At 5:45 Miranda's father (Daniel) tickles Miranda's bare foot and then picks her up and carries her downstairs. At 5:57 he's shown carrying her into the dining room and she's now wearing white socks.
When Miranda invites Soren to kill her again, and he proceeds to give her a lethal injection, you see him push the plunger of the syringe all the way to the end before he actually "injects" her. Moreover, Miranda instantly (less than a second) drops dead when he injects her. There's not a single poison that works so fast.
