Three years later, Xu Haifeng, who worked in the Hexian Supply and Marketing Cooperative, participated in the shooting competition of the Anhui Provincial Games for the second time and won the championship again, but in the end, he was too old to get the provincial team admission notice. What's more unfortunate is that Xu Haifeng injured his eyes and nearly lost his sight in order to protect national property. Unexpectedly, coach Wu Quanqing brought a secondment notice from the provincial team. To go or not to go, Xu Haifeng fell into a difficult choice. At the 1984 Los Angeles Olympic Games, Xu Haifeng was in good condition and ranked first.
