This Crossover Imitates Today's America

We waited 80 years but finally got our Lindbergh who uses these petty hatreds turning us against another. Although Herman thinks he's a 2nd generation American he finds out Christians aren't so Christ-like. I find this episode frightening as it shows the evil the humans do towards 'others' that are scapegoated via the medium of the day. Excellent episode.

Warning: Spoilers
The fall of illusions This is the heart of the episode. And you recognize large slices of real history, from deportations to the war against citizens. The difference, maybe the forms of resistence. The touching point - the result odf mistake of young Philip Levin about his good friend. And, sure , the performances of Winona Ryder and the admirable work of Morgan Spector giving a Herman Levinbeing, in part, reflection ofalternative yourself in difficult conditions. But, sure, the theme of uprooting is the axis of episode.
