I expect better from Lisa Ling. How did you and your production team not pick up on the fakeness and fraud of those people. How dare they use the grief of vulnerability of people mourning their loved ones. Those "cold-call" techniques are used in elementary schools with school guidance counselors and social workers. You're better than this Lisa Ling.
