This episode hit all the right notes for me. Not knowing who the murderer is, Anthony Dod Mantle's beautiful intentional photography that can insinuate that Grace is forgetting things or that she is alone in terms of what she thinks. Lines like "I don't know what I'm thinking", "My husband is not a psychopath", and everything Grace and the participants of the plots say are the key to unraveling the mystery. There are so many lies that you can't tell if they are really lies or truths cause manipulation or misorientation can be involved. I also think that who the show makes you think is the killer is discarded in my book, because that is the point to make you see the plot twist at the end. Either that or there is too much manipulation involved. I will watch these next three episodes to keep trying to solve the puzzle. Hugh Grant has also had two Emmy nominee worthy scenes in the final scene of the last episode and when he reunites with Henry in this episode. It has just been great acting to watch throughout the show. We can also wonder to what extent corruption can be involved with either the police or the people who work at the hospital. Really great drama going on with this show.
