After a moment of silence to celebrate Methhead leaving the picture, I have a little more faith that this season is going to get a whole lot better. At this point, I can't see how Elizabeth can ever be forgiven for every action she has taken, especially against Reddington. Now Don, Mister I Am Good and Everything is Black And White There is No Gray, has decided to aid and abet Elizabeth in everything she's doing. Her vendetta amounts to nothing but her whining, "you're keeping secrets from me that I have to know so I'm going to destroy your life because you won't tell me"!
My problem is this. Why does she assume it's the real Reddington that was a good man and Fake Red is the man who destroyed his reputation? If anything, I'm more inclined to believe the real Reddington was the one who committed treason and was a nefarious criminal until 4 year-old Liz shot him dead. Fake Red was there and took over the real Reddington's business after undergoing surgery that Katarina suggested. Either way, Red has done nothing but do everything in his power to protect Elizabeth, proven that he would die for her. Elizabeth's actions this season have been despicable and I can't possibly see how she can be redeemed for this. I could be wrong, but I truly don't think Red is solely a bad guy. I also still think that the real Reddington is Liz's father. Or maybe he's Methhead's father. Either way, I don't think they're sisters and I'm glad to see her go.
The story with the smugglers being pregnant with LSD was kind of original and I enjoyed it. I truly hope Dembe didn't kill Maguerite Renard, or that Red's order wasn't to dispose of her. That goes against what we have seen of the both of them thus far.
Let's wrap up this storyline of Liz trying to take down the man who saves her time after time. It's getting old and the writers have taken her character to a place I can't see her coming back from. I have no issues with the actress, but sometimes I do wonder if Elizabeth is supposed to go through life with a constant scowl on her face.
