While Jen is running across the town she approaches Edith and the little girl, Ruthie, who are selling handmade bracelets. When Jen stops next to them you can see Ruthie is playing next to the Edith, under the "BAIT!" sign. But when Jen says "These are beautiful." Ruthie is teleported and now standing next to the van.

Plus when they wake up they are next to a graveyard but when they arrive at the said spot it was still daylight and no one noticed the tombstones.
