The Mandalorian's newly crafted pauldron switches from right to left shoulder when he is taming the blurgg, and then back again to the right shoulder.
When The Mandalorian steps off the turret his Beskar pauldron switches from right to left shoulder (flipped shot).
Before the Mandalorian sits down to be paid for his bounties by Greef Karga, the imperial credits for his payment are already sitting on the table.
Just before the Armorer affixes Mando's new signet to his pauldron, there is a closeup of Mando and the tip of the signet emblem's horn can be seen poking up at the very bottom of the frame, even though it has not yet been revealed or affixed.
As the Mandalorian and IG think of a way of opening the door, the Mandalorian's right hand is over his left and then in the next shot as they turn his left hand is now visible.
In the opening cantina scene the bad guy says "you spilled my drink!" after the Mandalorian enters. He knocks the drink over himself before the Mando even showed up but doesn't notice. But the accusation was of course part of a normal bullying routine aimed at starting a bar fight.
When the Armorer is forging Mando's new pauldron, at one point the piece of metal she is working with suddenly changes shape, becoming wider, thinner, and flatter than in the surrounding shots. This shot appears to have been taken from Chapter 3: The Sin (2019), when the Armorer forged Mando a new chest plate.
When The Mandalorian is looking through his telescope before seeing IG-11, you can see the camera man in the reflection of his visor.
