Chien Mon Koh features in Managers' Conference, well in a way because in a well-worn plot device (used in Up in the Air with George Clooney and also I think in the movie Urban Legend and some kids in the high school comedy), Jeff swipes a name tag belonging to Chien Mon Koh to get Amy into a Cloud 9 managers' conference event. So Amy has to pretend she's Chien Mon Koh. Now that's funny somewhat, although perhaps it would have been more authentic if the writers had the name tag as Kelly Baragwanath (which is a Cornish (English) surname) but it sounds foreign enough.
