Cool movie shot with REAL animals as the main characters, no CGI or puppets here folks, some funny moments and beautiful cinematography as well, great for the whole family!

Can an animal win an Oscar?

Probably the absolute perfect movie if you're high.

Seriously, the setting is stunning, the camera work excellent, and the animals were all on point, but the plot was both slow and philosophical, and everyone kept talking about food. If I had been high while watching this I probably would have rated it a 10. As it is, the concept is very clever (and again, the locations, camera work, and animals all amazing) but the story itself moved very slowly, and a lot of the dialogue was repetitive. I think the movie struggled between deciding if it was going to be a fun adventure romp or go for something much deeper, and by trying to land at both it missed that mark. I did notice the music several times, which was apparently all provided by a single group (Twilight at Versailles, I think?) so I may have to check them out.
A unique family film not like any other

Ryan Moser's "Farm Days" brought a very family friendly adventure to the big screens. Filled with stunning visuals, a strong plot, and a great cast; this movie succeeded in being an impressive take on films centered on talking animals on a farm. I highly recommend this and hearing about how this production was made.
