As always I loved this episode of the show with its insights into the garbled mind of Holmes coupled with the common sense of Watson and Marcus. Nothing special but just enjoyable with the hint of further plot intrigue following the solving. Only complaint was the ridiculously false skid marks which looked like a 4 year old had done them with a sharpy. Aiden Quins comatose acting was on the ball though and I look forward to Sherlock tying the previously inept FBI in knots next week. In general unhappy that this is the final series.

Yuck.

I've watched the series faithfully for 6 seasons. I don't understand why, after leaving New York, the focus returns immediately to New York again. It makes no sense, dramatically. Also, the NY police station had become quite tired in recent years. Aidan Quinn---a good actor---was only going through the motions and collecting his paycheck for the last 2-3 years.
I was looking forward to something new, and I didn't get it. I'll probably watch season 7 at a later date, when I am bored, but for now it is off my list of shows to watch.
