Would you Adam and Eve it?

It looks as though series 3 is to be very different from the first 2.

Obviously, being in a prison will give a darker feel but the vitality that Annelies brought is missing despite good acting from the cast.

There is less humour, kitsch music and dream sequences.

Perhaps we need to look at it as a different animal and a series in its own right.

Opening with a two parter is a change from the norm.

A good watch but hope Ingrid will find a better plan to get Jasper out of his situation.

Warning: Spoilers
I'm astonished at how my evaluations differ from the other reviewers. IMHO, this is one of the BEST Professor T episodes.

Yes, the setting has drastically changed. However, Professor T still manages to see deeper than those around him and penetrate into the dark hearts of the people keeping secrets that hurt others.

As I wrote in my review of the previous episode, running over the boy was a cheap writer's gimmick to create motive at the expense of a believable story. Thankfully, that subplot (which I REALLY thought was going to go wacky when those two assassins showed up with their giant teddy bears) never interfered with the main story.

There were parts of the story that momentarily seemed disjointed. But everything fell into place when T gave his elucidation of the true events. That was a great scene and thankfully, the actors did not blow it but instead they held fast to their characterizations. You could feel the tension building in the room as T was talking. IT WAS GREAT !!!

So I vehemently disagree with those who failed to appreciate the genius of this episode. As far as the characters that others seem to miss . . . I don't miss Annelies and Daan. IMHO, that was the weakest part of the show.

Apparently we're three seasons in and STILL some people don't realize this series is called "Professor T." He's the show, people. Koen De Bouw gave a stellar performance during this episode. Walking a fine line between being impacted by his abrupt change of environment and yet maintaining his quirkiness despite the absurdity of trying to do so. That's not easy folks. De Bouw is so skilled, he makes it APPEAR to be easy. If you didn't appreciate him in seasons 1 & 2, take a good look at him now.

Professor T is alive and kicking. However, the end of this episode seems to suggest he's going to have to overcome some health challenges. Can't wait to see what happens next!

Having set a high standard, series 3 has slumped.

Nowhere near as watchable as the first two series.

The professor in jail makes for very restrictive storylines, and much less humour. This is dark and disturbing.

I can see me switching off if The Prof doesn't get out.

Sadly missing Annelies Donckers and Daan De Winter. Paul is lightweight.
