Lorenzo was taking the baths in Filetta because of his gout at the time of Clarice's passing and was in too much pain to make it back for her funeral several days later.
Clarice died of Tuberculous on 29 Jul 1487, nearly five years before Lorenzo. As Savonarola first arrived in Florence in 1490, Clarice was already dead and never met him.
There was no attack recorded on the Medici Pallazzo during the time that the Medicis were the leading family in Florence.
Maddalena married Francesco Cibo in March of 1487. She was 15 years old at the time. She ended up outliving all but one of her siblings.
There is no record of a Tommaso Peruzzi of any significance in Florence at the time of Lorenzo de' Medici.
