When Alice is on the tram, we can see she's crossing the Rhône to get to the left bank, thus either the T1 going north-east or T2 line going east, then a shot of her in front of the Sainte-Blandine church is seen, which is a few stops before on the T1 line.
When the motorcade leaves for the plaque inauguration, it looks like they're going north along the Rhône from the city hall, then they're going south along the Rhône (the Incity building is visible on the left) and they end up on the slopes of Croix-Rousse, which is north of city hall.
