Christa B. Allen in Dying for a Baby (2019)

Goofs

Dying for a Baby

Edit

Continuity

The opening scene is shown again later in the film, except it is clear that two entirely different takes were used as everything the actress does in one version of events differs somewhat in the other.

For example: In the opening version, she drops her head onto her husband's stomach and cries; then in the later version of this same scene she nestles her head onto his crotch area as she passes out.

Factual errors

When Amber wakes up from being tranquilized, her stomach is completely flat. After childbirth, it takes at least a few weeks for a woman's stomach to get close to how it was before.
In the car accident scene, the backgrounds of both drivers clearly show that they are driving in a residential neighborhood where the speed limit is usually 20 mph so the truck the main character is driving should not have been going as fast as it was in the first place to cause that kind of damage.
Taylor is deemed "mentally unstable" because she has chosen to give up her baby after delivery. This is absolutely not a symptom of being mentally unstable. If a woman decides she can't raise the baby, it's not uncommon for her to give it up immediately after it's born.
