Querl Dox : The atmosphere is 99% clear.
Mercy Graves : Why are you protecting her? Why are you protecting any of them? Look at what they do.
Alex Danvers : They aren't doing this. You are.
Mercy Graves : People need to be afraid. Even if it means we have to sell it to them.
