In the movie Batman claims that there are 21 bridges in Portland Oregon but in reality there are actually 12 bridges entirely within Portland city limits. If you count the three additional bridges that connect Portland to Washington state, there are 15.
When the future hero's show up for Star Boys funeral, this indicates that they can travel back in time. So, when Thomas went back in time, why didn't the hero's just come and get him??? There is no indication that a couple of them couldn't have traveled back in time, and found out if Thomas was alive or dead, and finished his mission. This makes no sense.
When Jessica and the three members of the Fatal Five, attack the Green Lantern planet, they should have not been able to do this. Not only is this one the most secure places in the galaxy, but it's lack of security would not have happened. The Green Lantern Core is one of the largest collection of space hero's in the universe, there would certainly be more then two protecting the planet, and possibly too much to fight. This just wouldn't happen.
One of the big aspects of the film is that Jessica Cruz doesn't want to wield her power ring. Not only does this contradict the comics, but it also doesn't make
any sense. Anybody who gets a power ring, can give it up and the comics indicate that you can. If you don't want the ring, you don't have to accept it, and you can freely give it back. So, Jessica Cruz should have been able to give it back to the guardians, if she didn't want the ring.
Limlights ring mentions that there is only 18 percent power left in the ring. Yet, during the entire film, she is seen using the ring numerous times, there is no indication that she over charged it up. Not only should her power be limited, but she should not be able to use her ring as often as she does. She should have had to recharge the ring at least once. She doesn't do this, during the entire film.
