Batman wears his black and gray costume for a short while in the opening act of the movie, after which he dons a costume where his cape, boots, gloves, and cowl are blue. When Batman chases Catwoman in the opening act, Batman is shown wearing his blue and gray suit for a few frames, before the camera cuts and he's shown to be wearing the black and gray suit again.
During the on-stage fight between Harley and Selina, the auditorium is shown as being empty, where a few seconds before all seats were filled. There was no time for so many opera fans to have evacuated the house.

Ropes don't break as easy as depicted on screen. Even though this is a common in western films, Ropes are very resistant and would not break from a single gun shot, and sometimes not even from multiple shots. This doesn't happen.
When Hush shoots Batman's rope and he falls to the ground, this would be a near impossible shot even for a pro, to cut the rope he is swinging on. Not only is this
a near impossible shot, but the Riddler has never been in the military and would have no experience trying to make this shot. It just wouldn't happen, and he would more likely miss, if he could make the shot at all.
When Hush is breaking everything down for Catwoman, he tells her Batman will more than likely "dissemble" his device. He should have said disassemble.
