Literally nothing special. Basic episode. Nothing unique and why they've decided to put that that surfer was Russian spy I don't have clue...

Nothing enjoyable about it.

Their attempt at a New Zealand accent was so painfully bad, it was embarrassing. I had no idea what they were even attempting until the character said where he was from. Apparently "core" is pronounced "goo-ahh"... THIS IS NOT WHAT NEW ZEALANDERS SOUND LIKE. All the jokes fall so flat.

With the title a reference to one of my favourite Beatles songs, I had high hopes.

Sadly it wasn't to be. Pass.

Let's Drop Him Off In The Woods.

I Want You:

Homer meets a pal.

Marge and Homer breakdown.

Lisa seeks for information.

A love interest of Jimbo's appears.

This was a good episode and Wallace Shawn guest starring...

Priceless.

This was a good episode and the ending was pretty good.

This is everything Every Man's Dream should have been.

Warning: Spoilers
A lot of the episodes about Homer and Marger's marital issues in the new seasons are not too good. In many instances of them, such as Brake My Wife, Please and Specs and the City, they acknowledge Homer's problems and do nothing with them. Every Man's Dream was by far the worst of them, putting Homer at his laziest yet so we can be happy to see him lose everything, and then having it be Marge's dream. However, I Want You (She's So Heavy), despite all of its randomness with things that feel like they were from 5 different plots, actually made it work out well. This is mostly because this episode's writer was clever enough to make a coherent and heartfelt plot out of they way they were pieced together. If you ignore the new animation, it will feel just like a slightly-below-average classic episode. It had really nice moments of Homer and Marge at the wedding expo in the first act of the story before the episode's main conflict begins.

Homer and Marge have fun at a wedding expo while Shauna babysits their children, but they have to go to Ned's house once Shauna and Jimbo throw a party. When Marge and Homer both fall down the stairs and get injuries, Marge goes with a physical therapist to heal her ankle while Homer is told by his hernia to not move at all. I don't get the joke behind Maggie being able to see the imaginary hernia man, but I'm still proud of this Season 30 episode for putting more effort into making it feel like Homer and Marge's marriage was on the line while not neglecting to correct Homer's laziness, unlike the Season 27 episode Every Man's Dream. Shauna comes back and tells Lisa to help Homer and Marge by finding common interests they have. I also sort of liked the twist where the kite-surfing guy turned out to be a spy, since it also gives Chief Wiggum and Lou more of a purpose to be at the beach in hindsight. I also loved having Rex's voice from Toy Story voicing the imaginary hernia man in this episode.
