Part of the heiress's impossibly long name is "Stolen Monty Python," which is probably a reference to a Python sketch involving a composer with a very long name that is used over and over again.

In yet another nod to his Monty Python inspiration, Seth McFarland gives us his version of Python's "Johann Gambolputty de von Ausfern . . . of Ulm" recitation, even mentioning "Monty Python" in the name ... in the Python sketch, John Cleese is interviewing Johann's mother, who actually passes away while trying to recite the complete name, unable to muster the strength to finish the task.
In the bit about "Octobering in Zurich," Stewie calls one of the society ladies "a cream-faced loon." This insult comes from Shakespeare's Macbeth (Act V, Scene III, lines 11-12), as spoken by Macbeth.
