What was meant to be a fun weekend retreat turns deadly for a group of friends when agitated spirits haunt the house they're staying in to warn them of a maniacal serial killer nearby.

A couple, Marcus and Grace, want to make out of an isolated cottage, a marijuana plantation. For that purpose, they call Marcus' best friend Phil, who brings his boyfriend Dominic, and their friend Leah. Once in the house, they start to suffer some paranormal phenomena, doors shut by themselves, appearances, nightmares - Things get out of control when one of them disappears mysteriously and then a security guard tells them that in the house and all around has been disappearing people and animals without a trace.—tipar

A couple, Marcus and Grace, wants to make a marijuana plantation on a house in the countryside. They arrive first, but they are waiting for a couple of friends: Phil and Dominic-a gay couple. Phil is Marcus' best friend-and Leah. They are going to help the couple to prepare the house and decorate it. Furthermore, they finally arrive to the house and Phil presents Dominic to Marquez and Grace. After everyone settles, and at night, they reunite for dinner, drinking and talking until late at night, and they prepare to sleep.

Grace experiences some door that shuts by itself in the bathroom. Leah has a nightmare in which she enters a room where is some kind of cult-like symbol. A lot of blood present and a blooded hand dragging on the floor. Then she finally arrives to another room where is a woman painting. Suddenly, she leans backwards, and she starts running like that to Leah, and she wakes up in bed with a presence in her room. When she illuminates the room with her smartphone's flashlight, there is no one there.

The next morning, they start to go to the kitchen to take breakfast. Leah comments about the nightmare, but they think it is just the alcohol. Phil and Marcus are playing baseball on the outside, and they are called by Leah. Then, Marcus explains that he could not sleep either with all the noise, scratching or something, but it seems that only Marcus could hear it. They arrive to the conclusion that they might be rodents, so Phil and Marcus decide to go to a shed tool in search of traps. Once there, they experience more supernatural phenomena like a hand of a woman that help them find a box, lights that go off suddenly, etc. Finally, they find the box where they think it might be some traps.

They start taking things out of the box, amongst them, a picture of the woman Leah saw in her nightmare. They do not find any traps inside the box, so they decide to take the car to the nearest town, but before that, Marcus leads them to the greenhouse where he is planning to set up the plantation of marijuana. There, they find a pile of woods, and they intend to take some to the house later, unknowingly to them there is a symbol, the same one Leah saw in her nightmare, in a log. On their way to the town, they see a man. They ask them for help-the man is a gardener-but he gets very nervous and at the moment they ask for the people who lived previously in the house, the man takes his things and leaves in a rush.

The night comes, and they are drinking and playing cards in the house. When everyone is in their rooms, Dominic and Phil have a fight. Dominic is angry at him because of something that happened while they were playing cards. He has the impression the Marcus and his boyfriend were picking on him in a drink game. Late at night, Dominic is awake because of the fight, and he tries to get some reception in his phone from outside the house. After he records a video to his social media, he is attacked by something. At the same time, Leah is having another nightmare: a woman passes by her side on the corridor. She follows her until the bathroom, and she is in the tub hiding and saying his coming. She looks behind her and when she looks back to the tub there are body parts and a lot of blood. When she looks at the door again, there is a presence, and she wakes up in bed. The rest of the night, Grace sleeps with her.

The next morning, everyone is looking for Dominic, and they decide to search for him around the place and the woods. They encounter a security guard that tells them the story of the house. A lot of people, so far around thirty people, has been missing in the house. In particular, a woman and her daughter went missing with a lot of blood involved, but there were no bodies. Leah thinks it is the woman in her nightmares. He continues telling them that there were a cult back in the day and that one of the children living with them at that moment went missing while the other members committed suicide. The group decides to come back to the house and wait for Dominic until night and if he does not come before nighttime then to call the police.

The night comes, but not Dominic, so Phil takes the car to see if he can find reception. Eventually he finds a spot where he can call Dominic but while he is at it, he sees him running. Phil follows him until a sort of shed tool, and he is there sitting on a chair, dead, with his guts outside. The cult like symbol appears again, and then a man starts to stab Phil when he is about to leave the room. Back in the house they are preparing to leave and when they get out of the house they see Phil dead on the floor and under him the symbol drawn. They get again inside the house and from the door's window they see that someone has stabbed their tires. At that precise moment, lights go off and the cop arrives. Grace decides to run to the cop to ask for help, but the moment she arrives to the car, the same man that killed Phil appears from behind. He had cut his throat. Then he cuts Grace's as Marcus has arrived to the police car. He starts to run off, and the man follows him.

In the house, Leah hides from a presence while Marcus has arrived to the door, but Leah can not open the door. When she finally does it, the man is already outside the house. Marcus takes a bat as the man runs away. The man enters the house while Leah and Marcus are hiding, and the latter hits the man when he is searching for them. The man kills Marcus and Leah gets out of the house with the bat. She hides in the stables and the man follow her, then he sees her trying to run and stab her. She hits him with the bat and runs. Then she enters to the greenhouse and the woman of her nightmares appears. The man is looking for her, and she stabs him with a fork. She runs to the cop car, but the man is alive. As she leaves the place in the car, the woman, and her daughter, are watching her.

The end sequence shows everybody that has died as dead alive people arriving to the same place where the man awaits for them sitting on a chair. As said, the very last scene shows everyone there, then, at the moment they start to getting very close in an attack position-the man does not seem to care, as if it was the reaction he was searching for-, the credits appear.
