Where to begin.well to start with if you're searching for a group of mutants then surely someone in the Mutant Underground is a telepath or empath or has some kind of power that allows them to track mutants but no you don't have that.Instead you go to this mutant rights lawyer who has NONE OF THESE POWERS to help you find the Inner Circle which is to me turning out to be a poor adversary. You have the Frost sisters who are powerful telepaths and yet they can't erase the memories of a few people to hide the fact that they were in certain locations? You have to kill them? Also this plot of establishing a Mutant Nation or Homeland would work better if it was being done by someone like The Acolytes of Magneto or just Fabian Cortez but having it be done by this bunch doesn't make since .The Hellfire Club/Inner Circle should be bigger and have more intrigue than it does. Then there's Lauren and Andy with his bad dye job.The way they're both written you would think they were boyfriend and girlfriend rather than brother and sister with Andy going on about how he feels like he needs to be with Lauren-note he didn't mention his family but Lauren-and Lauren is acted like Andy jilted her.I know the show is in a tight budget but you can still do some kind of action on a tight budget. Also thirteen episodes are not enough if you're trying to establish story but are determined to do it at such a slow pace..If this show wants to continue it needs to pick up the pace and have more action and less of the touchy feely emotion and crying.
