Loved it more than the 1st!

It was a great plot and the music was amazing! Well done. I think it's funny the younger selves of a couple didn't have the same eye color though. Lol. Outside of that they did a phenomenal job. Prepare for tears! There was quite a few towards the end.

Fun addition to a seemingly amazing film!

Warning: Spoilers
If you love Mamma Mia I suggest you go see this! It's hard to say which is better but I do believe the first movie provided a concrete base for the second movie, I've watched it twice in theaters! It happen rather often that a second movie completely ruins the first movie and this is not the case! Very cute new characters and an even deeper look at the connection Sophie has always wanted with her mother! The only thing that was sad was Sophie's best friends weren't there for her

Just as good as the first!

Don't see it unless you've seen the first as it makes much more sense and the humour is greater if you have...... but do see both. I wasn't sure you could make another just using ABBA songs but the writers have done a great job. Nothing seemed contrived - the story continued seamlessly from the first, albeit a number of years later in the character's lives. A truly feel good movie.

Good idea and execution in this add-on

Warning: Spoilers
First of all, it needs to be noted that the other reviewer got it wrong as here we do not have the Mamma Mia sequel, but just an appetizer that includes a performance of the song Waterloo and can be seen in 3D as well as 360° camera mode, so you can watch it many times and still find something new. You have Donna's 3 lovers in their younger version as well as her two best friends in their older versions dancing and singing, but you also have many people that are just part of the scene and happen to be in the room while not being part of the story. Director here is Luis Blackaller. I think I said enough now what this little snippet is about. If, back in mid-June, it got people curious about the new Mamma Mia movie, then I am all for it, but it's not really a must-see, even if Waterloo is as good as always, very catchy number nice song and performance too. I personally enjoyed the 2nd Mamma Mia film far more than the first to be honest and it seems most critics tend to agree. But yeah, this one we have here is worth checking out too. You're not really doing anything wrong here at under 150 seconds. Go see it. Also very creative idea with the technical aspects here that i mentioned earlier.

Bad plot!

The poorest excuse for a movie I've ever seen! The only good thing was the music, and they even managed to ruin som of the good ABBA songs!
