- A character offers the player a threesome, but is automatically declined.
- On some graffiti there is some women with fully exposed breasts.
Violence & Gore

- Very graphic dismemberment in combat.
- Bodies and blood pools scattered throughout.
- Blood and bits stay on the player's weapon after battling.
- Recent updates have made this already very gory and violent game much more graphic. Dismemberment/gore is very detailed, and there are now detailed brains/guts when you crush a head or cut someone in half.

- A lot of drinking throughout.
- The player can collect cigarettes, but they are only collectibles and cannot be used.
- The player takes very strong drugs titled 'Inhibitors' that boost their health and stamina.
- Alcohol can be found and bought throughout the game. However, it can only be used as a crafting ingredient and cannot be drunk.
- The player character drinks a beer during the prologue.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Disturbing and graphic gore.
- Many jumpscares.
- Zombies are very detailed and disturbing.
Spoilers
Sex & Nudity
- It is implied that the player has sex with a character, but no sex, nudity, or sounds are played. The screen simply turns black and soon pans back to the player's perspective in a different location.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The player turns into a zombie during certain times. This sequence can be very disturbing.
