The all-one-shot musical number took roughly six hours to shoot.
During the scene where Jennifer (Laura Jacobsen) is walking around the Walter's home alone, she stops and views a framed painting of a round barn. The round barn in the painting was a real barn in Santa Rosa, California that burned down during the Sonoma County firestorm of 2017, which also occurred during the course of filming. The short scene was added to pay homage to all that was lost during the natural disaster.
The all-in-one shot musical number was achieved using a homemade PVC pipe cube structure to drape green screen around Laura Jacobsen (Jennifer).
The filmmakers created a sliding camera mount out of a monopod and a furniture mover roller to achieve the orbiting camera movement around Laura Jacobsen (Jennifer).
The audio heard from the television program Bryce is watching in the beginning of the film is audio from Kung Fury (2015).
