The bottom of Michael's chart about Eleanor reads "Page 4,815 of 162,342", a nod to The Numbers (4, 8, 15, 16, 23, 42) commonly featured in Lost (2004).
When Eleanor is reading the definition of determinism she is reading from a book named 'Philosophy for Dingdongs ... for Morons.'
The message on Michael's waiting room wall frequently changes between the reboots. The original read: "Welcome! Everything is fine", but after the first reboot it read "Welcome! Everything is Great!" Michael seems to have later decided to reverse the progression of enthusiasm and one of the reboots shown in this episode has it changed to just "Welcome! Everything is okay." This is reboot 445.
Tahani is always mentioning famous people she knows. This time she mentions Barbara Streisand.
Michael showd Eleanor an alternate timeline where Eleanor and Chidi fall in love. In that timeline Eleanor is worried about having lost her pet because she fears Michael will figure out she is ". . . not the real Eleanor." The Real Eleanor / Fake Eleanor scenario was not in this timeline so she would have had no reason to believe she wasn't the 'real Eleanor'. She should have been worried about Michael discovering she didn't belong.
