Terror: An Interview with David McGilivray (2018)
*** (out of 4)
Screenwriter David McGilivray is interviewed for this 12-minute featurette that takes a look at the making of Norman J. Warren's TERROR. This featurette is actually a lot of fun as McGilivray pulls out a notebook that he kept during the making of the film and shares various thoughts that he had at the time. He talks in detail about seeing Dario Argento's SUSPIRIA and how that had a major impact on his script. He also spends some time talking about various other production stories including some good ones about the director. If you're a fan of TERROR then you'll enjoy this featurette for what it is. There's nothing ground-breaking here but I did find it fun enough to make it worth watching.
