Monarchs did not attend funerals during Tudor times. King Henry and Queen Elizabeth were not at Arthur's funeral. Nor was Catherine as she too was ill and remained at Ludlow Castle.
Elizabeth of York did not die in childbirth, nor was her infant daughter stillborn. The child, named Catherine, died a few days afterward and Elizabeth succumbed to an infection roughly a week later.
Elizabeth of York did not give birth at Whitehall, but rather the Tower of London, having spent her confinement there. Her husband and children were absolutely not in attendance at the birth.
