While Cam and Phil are stuck in West Hollywood due to the parade they decide to eat the ice cream because it's smelting. When they open the containers the ice cream is still frozen solid.
Under the closing credits when Phil begins reading the Womens Group email, Sofía Vergara breaks character and hides a laugh while looking at Sarah Hyland, whose face is facing away from camera. Ed O'Neill noticed, and without breaking character gives her a pat on the knee.
