4 years after the tremendous success of Rangitaranga, comes another film of a similar genre. This film has quite some similarities to it but the storyline and the sequences are completely different making it a very interesting watch! The story begins with the murder of a politician near an old house called Gutthina Mane in a village in Nettarakere of Bantwal town in Mangaluru. The villagers believe that the ghost of Gutthina Mane has murdered him. A young police officer is assigned to investigate this case. He and his wife land up there and start to experience some strange occurrences in the house. What happens next and how will the case be solved? You'll have to watch the movie to know the mystery which unfolds brilliantly. All the actors have acted well, especially Sangeetha Bhat who shines brightly with her versatile acting throughout the first half and seasoned actor Sampath Raj. The background score & music is excellent with classical overtones which enthrall you! The cinematography is also magnificent where the Tulunadu traditions like Bhoota Kola and the beautiful Tulunadu architecture is captured brilliantly through the camera lens! You might find the first half a bit slow but the second half is very engaging with a good climax. Overall this film is beautifully woven with the right mix of suspense and mystery!
