All four of the American soldiers on the search and recover mission are wearing different uniforms. One of the soldiers is actually costumed in a camouflage hunting outfit.
At the beginning of the movie, when Lt. Dalton is using a map to reveal the location of the German base camp, you can clearly see "Tioga State Forest" written on the map. Tioga State Forest is in Wellsboro, PA.
