Haven't we already been over all of this, I feel they are just going around and around in circles when dealing with Larry and Cliff, it's becoming very monotonous and could have been dealt with a lot quicker, or is it just a filler?

Full-on Tears. Three Times!
tylerdodrill29 July 2019
Warning: Spoilers
Wow...that was almost emotionally draining, but in a good way. This show, while its pacing still needs work, has continuously proven itself, and this episode, somehow managing to make me cry three times, has solidified its place as possibly the best show I have ever seen. This episode was incredibly touching, heartwarming, and simply relatable, despite me not personally relating to nearly any of it. That is truly an accomplishment and something very rarely achieved. "Pandering," or, making content only relatable to certain groups of people is usually what takes place, but this gay relationship of Larry's is relatable to anyone. The actress for Clara, Cliff's daughter, also did an incredible job, although the beautiful music aided. I apologize for somewhat ranting, I just absolutely adore this show.

Best Episode So Far

I don't really write reviews but this episode compelled me to write one. I just loved the episode, it was so heartwarming and how it showcased their beautiful relationship and him finally finding closure, I almost cried at the end and playing Frank Ocean's rendition of moon river was just the icing on the cake, it's one of my fav songs

Amazing

Warning: Spoilers
I love this episode because it gives two of my favorite characters their best moments yet. Cliff seeing his daughter and fighting a giant, literally man-eating crocodile just to get Clara her watch back, a watch that used to belong to both of her father figures. Larry realizing that his "dreams," induced by the Negative Spirit leaving his body, were actually psychically connecting him with his former lover John and finally meeting him again decades after Larry's accident. These moments give both Cliff and Larry's story arcs a satisfying conclusion and bring some pretty good emotion. Rita revealing her real name and casually enjoying a basket of fried chicken are also great moments for her since she's letting go of Rita Farr and being her own person.

Best Episode

Easily the best episode so far. I honestly don't know how they can make every episode better than the last one. I'm glad I gave DC new shows a chance because damn this a good show! of the best I've ever seen so far. I haven't watched the CW's DC shows and I'm not gonna do it anytime soon, but this show persuade me to go and watch Titans next. Thanks to the amazing writers who give us these weird, creative and fun episodes every week.

Amazing and Really Heartwarming

I keep thinking that this show couldn't get any better and then episodes like this one get released and I'm proven wrong each and every time. Two of the three plotlines going on end on such a happy note and the show continues its great method of character development. It was great seeing Vic and Jane actually properly interacting and it was even better seeing finally Larry happy. My only issue with this episode is that Jane went from being kind of a jerk to being a whiny jerk.

Let's have a basket of chicken, darlin'

Can you imagine Jane in that bar instead of Rita? I'm sure that Cliff would wind up stinking of a lot more than just swamp water if Rita's sensibilities weren't keeping everything in check.

In the meantime, N-man is allowing Larry a little fantasy by directing him to situations with his former lover. Not to everyone's taste, but it's sincere.

And Jane and Vic are left to figure why GRID is giving him grief. Vic literally rips himself apart to get anwers and finds himself held, but for what?

Not as good as the last few, but still a very watchable episode.

Boring episode
imdbdc-0548523 July 2019
It's an interesting episode but the problem is that every minute a character wants to do something and after 3 minutes he or she doesn't do it and that can be funny the first time but then it gets really frustrating.

The only one that makes big progress and closes a big chapter of his life is Larry and that's good because now he can be a hero. Cliff and Rita get on our nerves in this episode (so indecisive!!!) But it is not a bad episode just different from what we are used to watch. Nothing wierd or crazy... why??

What a tearjerker. Larry and Cliff both get some measure of closure to their personal issues, handled extremely beautifully.
