While we don't like what we see, this episode explains a lot. We look in in a logical way because we have the luxury of seeing every aspect of the story. If we were to be fair, we would know that Vanya wants to return to the family. Her powers are only precipitated in moments of intense rage. All they had to do was look in her eyes as she peered through that window to know where her heart was. If there is anyone to blame for most of this, up until Neanderthal Luther, it's the guy who now has fifty knives sticking in him. He manipulated her for his own gain and Allison became the result. And their indifference toward their sister who never did anything but become an accomplished violinist. Well, the chickens are now coming home to roost. There is one episode left in this season and things are at a boiling point. Instead of directing her fury at the world, Vanya now sees her brothers and sisters as enemies. That is good writing! You naysayers who give this show ones and twos find something else to occupy your time.
