The Missouri GOP Secretary of State candidate Valentina Gomez posted a video of herself burning two books about the LGBTQ community with a flamethrower.
Gomez posted this video on many social media platforms, including X.
“When I’m Secretary of State, I will Burn all books that are grooming, indoctrinating, and sexualizing our children,” she wrote in the caption of her X post. “Maga. America First.”
“This is what I will do to the grooming books when I become secretary of state,” Gomez stated in the video while rap music played in the background.
The GOP candidate then used a flamethrower to burn the books Queer: The Ultimate LGBTQ Guide for Teens by Kathy Belge and Marke Bieschke and Naked: Not Your Average Sex Encyclopedia by Myriam Daguzan Bernier.
“These books come from a Missouri public library,” Gomez said as the books kept burning. “When I’m in office,...

Kanye West posted three revealing pictures of his wife, Bianca Censori, on Instagram on January 2.
The first picture showed Censori wearing a strapless bra fur top, which revealed the bottom of her under-boob, a micro thong, knee-high stockings, black high-heels and a black stocking cap.
“No pants this year,” West wrote in this post’s caption.
As for the second picture, Censori wore a corset bodysuit that barely covered her breasts, as well as knee-high boots and a floor-length black leather trench coat.
“It’s giving Kim Kardashian dupe,” West stated in the caption for this post.
Censori was seen wearing the bodysuit and boots again in the third picture, but she was not wearing the trench coat. She was bent over as she was posing in front of a shower.
“Dropped sumn,” West wrote in the third post’s caption.
Fans who commented on the first two pictures were displeased with the “inappropriate” pictures.

After Kanye West posted an apology for his antisemitic remarks last week, far-right political commentator Nick Fuentes took to his show America First to say he was quite dismayed with the rapper.
West posted an apology in Hebrew on his Instagram on December 26.
“I sincerely apologize to the Jewish community for any unintended outburst caused by my words or actions,” West said. “It was not my intention to hurt or demean, and I deeply regret any pain I may have caused. I am committed to starting with myself and learning from this experience to ensure greater sensitivity and understanding in the future. Your forgiveness is important to me, and I am committed to making amends and promoting unity.”
Fuentes, who has made multiple anti-Jewish remarks throughout his career, said he was disappointed with West’s apology.

World War I spy drama “Davos 1917” was inspired by real stories, says head writer and creative producer Adrian Illien. As well as real women.
“There were all these Swiss nurses who would go abroad during the war. When you read their diaries, there is a sense of adventure. They could finally get away. I don’t think these female characters have been portrayed before. Until now.”
In the six-part show, unmarried nurse Johanna Gabathuler (“Sisi” star Dominique Devenport) gives birth to her daughter. When the child is taken away, Johanna finds herself stuck in the resort town of Davos. But soon, the German secret service comes knocking.
“Women actually held prominent positions there. With my co-writers [Julia Penner, Thomas Hess and Michael Sauter] we stumbled across one who was a handler of Mata Hari. We always talk about Mata Hari, but I found the spy behind her much more interesting,...

President Donald Trump on Sunday retweeted — and then deleted — a two-minute video that featured a Florida Trump supporter yelling, “White power!” while driving a golf cart by anti-Trump protesters.
“Thank you to the great people of The Villages,” Trump wrote in his tweet, referring to a popular retirement community outside of Orlando, Florida. “The Radical Left Do Nothing Democrats will Fall in the Fall. Corrupt Joe is shot. See you soon!!”
In the first seconds of the video, anti-Trump protesters can be heard yelling “racist” as a caravan of Trump protesters drive past in golf carts. In response, one man driving a golf cart that has signs reading “Trump 2020” and “America First” shouts back, “White power!” several times while pumping his fist in the air.

Robert De Niro fought back tears as he accepted his honorary award at Marrakech Film Festival from Martin Scorsese, whom he called his “friend, lifelong collaborator” and “one of the greatest blessings of (his) life.”
De Niro went on to draw parallels between his own Tribeca Film Festival and Marrakech Film Festival, both of which were born in 2001, “in the shadow of the tragic events of September 11” and have always strived to bring people together and – in the case of Marrakech fest – “serve as an inter-cultural bridge between nations.”
The Oscar-winning actor concluded his speech with a stringent criticism towards the current U.S. government.
“Sadly, in my country, we’re going through a period of grotesque version of nationalism. Not the kind of nationalism where we celebrate the quality and character of our diverse population; but rather a diabolic form of nationalism marked by greed, xenophobia and selfishness under the banner of ‘America First,...
