Announcer Darrell Hammond mispronounces host John Mulaney's name as 'John Mulvaney' twice in a row during the original broadcast. This was corrected for the West Coast showing and repeats.
In his monologue, John Mulaney states "When I was 18, I smoked cocaine." Technically, one cannot smoke cocaine as such, which is why its derivative crack and the process of freebasing it were invented. However, it is conceivable that either he actually meant "crack cocaine" as it's sometimes called OR that as an 18-year-old, he wasn't aware that the drug is simply destroyed when smoking it in the wrong, powdered form.
